911 OPERATOR is a role that allows you to respond to incoming calls quickly. You are responsible for picking up calls and responding appropriately to them. Sometimes, first aid instructions will suffice, while other times, paramedics, police, or fire department intervention may be necessary. Remember that the person on your other end of the line could be the father of a dying child, a terrorist, or a prankster. Are you able to handle it all?

You can explore thousands of cities all over the globe. You can choose which city you want to play in the Free Play mode. The game will then download the map along with real streets and addresses. The Career mode has 6 cities that have unique events. For example, you can survive an earthquake in San Francisco or save Washington, D.C.

There are several paramedics, fire, and police units at your disposal. You can find a range of vehicles, from common ambulances to police helicopters, essential equipment (e.g., bulletproof vests, first-aid kits, and technical tools), and members with diverse abilities at your disposal.
