Pixel Soldiers: The Great War, a turn-based strategy game that is easy to learn but simple to play, was created during the First World War. You can command the Entente armies (France, Britain, Russia) or the Central Powers (Germany and Austria).
From 1914 to 1918, you will fight on the Western and Eastern Front. You will reach Gallipoli by sea, and seize or hold the city of Verdun.
This is the fourth installment in the Pixel Soldiers Series. Previous games: Pixel Soldiers Waterloo and Pixel Soldiers Bull Run, as well as Pixel Soldiers Gettysburg.

STRATEGY and TACTICS
You can use the terrain to your advantage. Keep weak units behind the ridges and hide them in trees. Protect important mountain passes, river crossings and towns.
Are you going to push your troops forward, or will you wait for reinforcements and take the initiative? Or will you wait for reinforcements, set up a defensive line and allow the enemy to come to you?
These are just a few of the many questions you’ll need to ask. There are many ways you can win the game.
